Return Policy

We do accept returns of unopened product within 30 days of the original purchase date. Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping fees. Also, a 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the original purchase price and you will be credited the difference. Please do note: only unopened products are refundable.

The credit or refund will only be given after we receive the product and inspect it.

Special note: All masks are different and fit differently. Mask sizes vary; just because you wear a small in one mask doesn’t mean that it will be your size for every mask. Even if it is the same manufacturer, it still could not be the correct size. Please pay attention to the descriptions of the masks and if you have any questions please direct them to one of our respiratory therapists on staff.

Products not included in this return policy: CPAP, BiPAP, AutoPAP machines.

Unfortunately, sometimes products can have a manufacturers defect with it; if you receive a product and you feel it has one please call us immediately.

If you have a return, please contact us at (515) 223-2727 to get an authorization (RMA #). You must make sure to include your information (at a minimum your name and address) with the returned product.

Once you call us and have obtained a return authorization number, you will be given the appropriate return address to ship the product back to.
